Many have noticed, commented, and acknowledged, that I have written much about judgement, hell, and the wrath of Almighty God on this blog. The reason God has led me to write on this subject so much, is that so many of us, have neglected to warn lost sinners of what the Bible says on these subjects.

Many confront me and say, “You are just using scare tactics by talking about hell and judgement day. You are just trying to scare people into heaven.” They say, “I don’t believe there is a hell, and if there was a hell, a loving God would not send us there to burn for eternity.” 

Well, let me tell you what Jesus said, He is the Senior Pastor…Jesus speaking in Matthew and Luke. Those who have ears let him hear…

Matthew 10:28 KJV

And fear not them which kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul: but rather fear him which is able to destroy both soul and body in hell.

Luke 12:4-5 KJV

And I say unto you my friends, Be not afraid of them that kill the body, and after that have no more that they can do. [5] But I will forewarn you whom ye shall fear: Fear him, which after he hath killed hath power to cast into hell; yea, I say unto you, Fear him.

This is Jesus speaking, warning lost folks about Himself…He is The King of ALL Kings and Lord of ALL lords, Jesus is The Righteousness Judge. HE who knew no sin… Hear Him.

John Wesley said, ” Before I can preach love, mercy, and grace, I must preach sin, law, and judgement.

Jude says,
Jude 1:12-23 NKJV

These are spots in your love feasts, while they feast with you without fear, serving only themselves. They are clouds without water, carried about by the winds; late autumn trees without fruit, twice dead, pulled up by the roots; 

[13] raging waves of the sea, foaming up their own shame; wandering stars for whom is reserved the blackness of darkness forever. 

[14] Now Enoch, the seventh from Adam, prophesied about these men also, saying, “Behold, the Lord comes with ten thousands of His saints, 

[15] to execute judgment on all, to convict all who are ungodly among them of all their ungodly deeds which they have committed in an ungodly way, and of all the harsh things which ungodly sinners have spoken against Him.” 

[16] These are grumblers, complainers, walking according to their own lusts; and they mouth great swelling words, flattering people to gain advantage. 

[17] But you, beloved, remember the words which were spoken before by the apostles of our Lord Jesus Christ: 

[18] how they told you that there would be mockers in the last time who would walk according to their own ungodly lusts. 

[19] These are sensual persons, who cause divisions, not having the Spirit. 

[20] But you, beloved, building yourselves up on your most holy faith, praying in the Holy Spirit, 

[21] keep yourselves in the love of God, looking for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ unto eternal life. 

[22] And on some have compassion, making a distinction; 

[23] but others save with fear, pulling them out of the fire, hating even the garment defiled by the flesh.

Notice verse 22-23 ? On some have compassion, but others save with fear. 

The Bible states that the lost must be warned.

We were all born with a sin nature.

The natural man.

1 Corinthians 2:14 NKJV

But the natural man does not receive the things of the Spirit of God, for they are foolishness to him; nor can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned.

Ephesians 2:1-3 NKJV

And you He made alive, who were dead in trespasses and sins, 

[2] in which you once walked according to the course of this world, according to the prince of the power of the air, the spirit who now works in the sons of disobedience, 

[3] among whom also we all once conducted ourselves in the lusts of our flesh, fulfilling the desires of the flesh and of the mind, and were by nature children of wrath, just as the others.

Until a lost sinner is born again from The Spirit of God, they are born into sin just the way all of us were. 

Therefore, it is natural for all of us to be tempted to do the things that God says are wrong and break His Holy Law. 

Sin is sin no matter what tempts you…being a pedophile, liar, adulterer, alcoholic, drug addict, homosexual, fornicator… etc. Sin is sin…unbelief, missing the mark, falling short. Disobedience. 

Lost people don’t make a conscious decision to choose their sin or self destuctive lifestyle, they just simply give in to their sinful desire or nature. They give in to the natural man and his sinful desires.

However, even though sin is natural for lost folks, that doesn’t mean God wants them to remain that way, lost in their trespasses and sin, rebelling against God. 

God can set free, those whom the devil has captured in his chains of sin. 

Jesus Christ came to destroy sin and to destroy the works of the devil, and set the captives free. Jesus came to seek and save those who are lost.

Romans 7:23-25 NKJV
But I see another law in my members, warring against the law of my mind, and bringing me into captivity to the law of sin which is in my members. 

[24] O wretched man that I am! Who will deliver me from this body of death? 

[25] I thank God-through Jesus Christ our Lord! So then, with the mind I myself serve the law of God, but with the flesh the law of sin.

God can and wants to give you new desires.

Ephesians 4:22-27 KJV

That ye put off concerning the former conversation the old man, which is corrupt according to the deceitful lusts; [23] And be renewed in the spirit of your mind; [24] And that ye put on the new man, which after God is created in righteousness and true holiness. [25] Wherefore putting away lying, speak every man truth with his neighbour: for we are members one of another. [26] Be ye angry, and sin not: let not the sun go down upon your wrath: [27] Neither give place to the devil.

God can and desires to help people withstand temptations, the wiles and schemes of the devil, and deliver them from the power of sin, evil, and darkness. 

1 Corinthians 10:13-14 KJV
There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man: but God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear it. [14] Wherefore, my dearly beloved, flee from idolatry.

1 Corinthians 6:9-11 KJV

Know ye not that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God? Be not deceived: neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor abusers of themselves with mankind, [10] Nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners, shall inherit the kingdom of God. 


Ephesians 2:4-10 KJV

But God, who is rich in mercy, for his great love wherewith he loved us, [5] Even when we were dead in sins, hath quickened us together with Christ, (by grace ye are saved;) [6] And hath raised us up together, and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus: [7] That in the ages to come he might shew the exceeding riches of his grace in his kindness toward us through Christ Jesus. [8] For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: [9] Not of works, lest any man should boast. [10] For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them.

John 3:3,14-21 KJV

Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God. [14] And as Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, even so must the Son of man be lifted up: [15] That whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have eternal life. [16] For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. [17] For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved. [18] He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God. [19] And this is the condemnation, that light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil. [20] For every one that doeth evil hateth the light, neither cometh to the light, lest his deeds should be reproved. [21] But he that doeth truth cometh to the light, that his deeds may be made manifest, that they are wrought in God.

If you reject Jesus Christ as your Lord and Saviour you are under the death sentence. Yes there is a death sentence in the Bible…

Revelation 20:10-15 KJV
And the devil that deceived them was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone, where the beast and the false prophet are , and shall be tormented day and night for ever and ever. 

[11] And I saw a great white throne, and him that sat on it, from whose face the earth and the heaven fled away; and there was found no place for them. 

[12] And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were opened: and another book was opened, which is the book of life: and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works. 

[13] And the sea gave up the dead which were in it; and death and hell delivered up the dead which were in them: and they were judged every man according to their works. 

[14] And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death. 


[15] And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire.

Yes I do write a lot about hell and judgement, because I like the Lord Jesus Christ don’t want you to go there either. You don’t have to go to hell…but unless you are born again…you cannot see the kingdom of God.
