Romans 14:7-12 NKJV

For none of us lives to himself, and no one dies to himself. [8] For if we live, we live to the Lord; and if we die, we die to the Lord. Therefore, whether we live or die, we are the Lord’s. [9] For to this end Christ died and rose and lived again, that He might be Lord of both the dead and the living. [10] But why do you judge your brother? Or why do you show contempt for your brother? For we shall all stand before the judgment seat of Christ. [11] For it is written: “As I live, says the LORD, Every knee shall bow to Me, And every tongue shall confess to God.” [12] So then each of us shall give account of himself to God.

The Word Of God Discovers Our Condition.

Hebrews 4:11-13 NKJV

Let us therefore be diligent to enter that rest, lest anyone fall according to the same example of disobedience. [12] For the word of God is living and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the division of soul and spirit, and of joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart. [13] And there is no creature hidden from His sight, but all things are naked and open to the eyes of Him to whom we must give account.

Psalm 33:13-22 NKJV
The LORD looks from heaven; He sees all the sons of men. [14] From the place of His dwelling He looks On all the inhabitants of the earth; [15] He fashions their hearts individually; He considers all their works. [16] No king is saved by the multitude of an army; A mighty man is not delivered by great strength. [17] A horse is a vain hope for safety; Neither shall it deliver any by its great strength. [18] Behold, the eye of the LORD is on those who fear Him, On those who hope in His mercy, [19] To deliver their soul from death, And to keep them alive in famine. [20] Our soul waits for the LORD; He is our help and our shield. [21] For our heart shall rejoice in Him, Because we have trusted in His holy name. [22] Let Your mercy, O LORD, be upon us, Just as we hope in You.
